I know S1's had stuff going on in regards to his custody battle and what not, but he's been pretty quiet around here so I figured I'd make sure everything is alright.

I know he was in trial last week, his daughter wants to live with him and the mom wanted to fight about it in court.

I talked with him two days ago. Nice man shame what he is going through

Thanks for the moral support. My daughter is the one getting hosed in this deal. I will give you all the details when I get some more time. It freakin pisses me off to see my daughter suffering, I am just too pissed to comment in any detail right now.

Agreed man. My parents divorced when I was 5, and my sister was 2. My sister's out of college now, and my mother made 5 times what my Dad did, but he just forked over a check to cover her last year in college. Weird how that works. And to top it all of, he hasn't seen my sister in 6 years (she won't come see him).

It took my Dad 8 years to get custody of me after the divorce, even though I told every judge and lawyer I had to meet that I wanted to live with him. No matter how right you are, it's hard being the Dad in a divorce. The system screws you hard.
