I think these politicians are selling pieces of America to the highest bidder, not just Senate seats.

What do y'all want to bet that this is not the only fallout of the corrupt Illinois politicians over the next 18 months...?

It looks like that arrogant sob is planning on staying in office till they impeach him all while still trying to fill that open seat. The news said that the senate has the right to reject any nomination. Hopefully they will do so. Yesterday Jackson Jr. said he wasn't Canidate #5 but today he says he is.

You can't trust any of them. They lie for their own benefit.

Let's change the law and pay them all minimum wage and cap their total income for life. Maybe that would get people more interested in what they can do for the country as a whole instead of what they can do for themselves.

I think he's not resigning to cover his tracks. I have that feeling he will not see the face of justice. People like him always have something that other party wants.
Since he is a Serbian I feel bad about all that. But I'm also proud on people like
